Who is going to design the website?

One of our Staff will meet you to discuss the project plan. They will prepare all information required before hand, so you don’t need to worry about anything.

Can I contact the developer directly?

Yes, absolutely you can email to support@anztech.nz and we will forward your enquirers to our developer directly.

Who is going to host my website?

ANZ Tech will host it. You have 24/7 hours supports available to help you with hosting/emails etc.

Will I have access to update my website from time to time?

Yes, absolutely, you can and you will. Every single customer will get a CMS (content management system) login.

Do you support after the website is completed?

Yes, there will be free support for the first 6 months. It will allow you to have enough time to understand and ask us to fix things for free. After that, you can edit it yourself or can ask us to edit it for you. If we edit it, and if it’s less than 20 minutes work (small changes) then there will be no fee. If it’s going to be over 20 minutes work, then one of junior developer will charge $18 per hr for the fix/edit or re design etc, no other hidden fees.

What are they fees, is there any other hidden fees?

Check price-list under our prices. There will be no hidden fees. $90 per year for hosting including company email setup/access etc plus one-off design fee. That’s all there is no other hidden fees.

Can we pay lay-by or by installment payment? 

Yes, you can. Give us a call, and we will arrange the lay-by or installment payment account.
